How can I return an in-store purchase?

Items purchased in store may be returned to our retail store. Returns with an original or email receipt will be accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a refund, all returned items must be in unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition, and in the original packaging with all designer, Olivela, swimwear liners and seal tags attached. Packaging may include hangers, plastic wrap, boxes, dust covers and garment bags. If you are unable to make your return in store, please contact us at help@olivela.com to make arrangements.
