Here’s how it works:

1) Try it on

If your piece isn't quite right, head to your local tailor within 30 days of purchase to fine-tune it.

2) Send us the receipt

Email help@olivela.com with your order number and a photo of your alterations receipt.

3) Get reimbursed

We’ll refund the cost—up to $50—to your original form of payment as long as alterations were completed within 30-day window and the item wasn’t purchased with a discount exceeding 15%.

Please note that altered items are final sale and cannot be returned.
